Be aware:  The Colt 6940 loved ones of rifles are proprietary developed, with couple person serviceable parts.  Precise equipment are necessary to get rid of the barrel nut and barrel.  The gasoline process is unique and not created to be replaced with mil-spec parts. We just needed to to update Anyone about the Colt facet slings.
